Our Reach

Through a range of compassionate initiatives, DAI Lanka serves communities across Sri Lanka by meeting practical needs and building long-term resilience. Our projects—from clean water installations and livelihood support to school meal programs and empowerment workshops—reflect our heart to care, uplift, and bring lasting transformation where it matters most.
Water Projects
At DAI Lanka, we are dedicated to serving communities across Sri Lanka by implementing water purification units. Access to clean water is a fundamental necessity for all people, and we are committed to ensuring safe and reliable drinking water for everyone.
Over the years, we have worked closely with schools and local communities, fostering authentic connections that extend beyond providing clean water. Our efforts focus on improving health, enhancing education, and empowering communities to flourish.
Sustainable Development Project
The COVID-19 pandemic, which struck Sri Lanka in 2020, severely impacted livelihood opportunities across the nation. In response, this project aims to provide interest-free loans to individuals, enabling them to launch livelihood projects of their choice. Each project is carefully reviewed and approved before disbursement. By empowering individuals to establish sustainable income sources, we hope to create lasting positive change in their financial stability and well-being
Mid Day Meal Project in Schools and Communities
Bringing smiles and nourishment to children in need! DAI Lanka conducted mid-day meal projects across Sri Lanka during the time Sri Lanka faced a sever economic crisis. We're grateful for the opportunity to make a difference in their lives
Empowering the Abused
This training is designed to support abused women in rural areas of Sri Lanka by breaking the cycle of isolation and providing them with the awareness and resources they need. Through workshops and training, we aim to empower these women, giving them the tools and knowledge to rebuild their lives with dignity and confidence.
