The MAOL program aims to transform students into servant leaders who are passionate about impacting their communities, organizations, and ministries for Christ and His Kingdom. Through this program, students are encouraged to practice servant leadership, following the example of Jesus, and to consider how their Christian faith influences all aspects of life, including how they lead others. The program challenges students to collaborate with and serve others, rather than seeking power or position.

Our workshops are designed to address the real questions and challenges faced by leaders in Africa, Asia, and Latin America, ensuring they remain relevant and impactful. The curriculum is rooted in biblical principles and often incorporates case studies that resonate deeply with participants.
